RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE BUYER

- It will be the responsibility of the BUYER to obtain the necessary authorizations and permits for the intended use of the property.

- It will be the responsibility of the BUYER to review all information regarding the notarized easements affecting this land.
- The feasibility analysis of the artesian well and septic system is the responsibility and at the expense of the BUYER.
